Well, I am about 5 lbs from my goal and recently found out that I'm not big boned after all. I think back when I was over 200 lbs, I thought I just needed to get to about 165 and that would be all I could do because I was 'big boned.' Then when I got to 165, I talked to a personal trainer at the gym, and he told me the lowest weight I could ever hope for would be 155. But, here I am at 140 realizing that I actually have a medium frame! Maybe even a small frame!!

I am done being the fat girl. I have tried ever diet, like most overweight people have. I was blessed to find SparkPeople. It has really taught me life changes. There is great support here. I track my foods EVERYDAY. This keeps me accountable. I log in every day during the week and read at least a few minutes and check in with my spark buddies. This keeps me focused. I really believe with every part of me that this will be the time I finally get to my goal weight.

My Goals:
I hit my original goal of wanting to get to 150 on 6/14/10. I am changing my goal to get down to 135.

I am going to start the Insanity program on 6/21 which last 60 days.

My Program:
I am eating between 1,200 and 1,550 calories a day. I workout at lunch for about 40 minutes. I love circuit training! I try to run a couple days a week and always try to keep my body guessing.

Personal Information:
My name is Tifanie and I am from Texas. I live in Rowlett which is right outside of Dallas. I got married in January of 2009 and we had a little girl in August 2009. We also have 2 boys and another girl from his previous marriage. So in one year I went straight to a family of 6! :-)

Other Information:
I have lost weight before, my heighest weight being 265. I got down to 165, so i've already lost 100 lbs before by exercising and working out. I put back on some of that weight and then got pregnant. So now I am trying to take off the baby weight, and continue on my weight loss journey. Then onto the wonderful world of maintainance.

    Great to hear from you. Glad you got a new house, tornados are scary scary things!
    Sounds wonderful to have such a big family under one roof! I'm sure the girls love having the big brothers around.
    I'm good, busy busy with my son starting 7th grade and daughter starting 5th grade. My body doesn't like to lose weight, but I'm healthy and won't give up on trying. Know life is better when I'm fit and eating well!
    I'm not the greatest at posting on SP, probably should be, maybe I'd have more success!
    Great news on the WW! I've heard wonderful things, I'm just too stingy with time and money! ;)

    How's life treating you? Looks like you are doing great in the weightloss department by the looks of your ticker! I'm stagnant but healthy enough, my 43 year old body doesn't respond to the usual changes.. need something radical!

    Hey there! Glad to hear from you. I'm doing well (not losing weight, but well in general ;)
    Hit my 40s and my metabolism came to a grinding halt! That combined with Plantar Fascitis and I'm just chubby and slow.. I've been eating well, but had considered WW. Has it been really helpful for you? I just did a budget spreadsheet and know I can't afford any extras right now, but maybe once we recover from holiday spending I can give that a go.
    Hope you are doing well. I'm doing a couple of challenges on SP so it helps keep me on here most days. Although I should be better about logging my food.
