Lose forty pounds

Shrink waist to 28"

Lower blood pressure

Strengthen shoulders and core

Exercise regularly

Run a 5K this summer

Become happier and healthier with me

 Become a vegetarian...

Avoid emotional eating

Limit sugar intake

Avoid processed foods

This coming Tuesday marks the Spring Equinox and in preparation for the first day of the new season I would like to wish you a brand new start, never-ending moments of poise and balance and a joyful tip over on the scale to the side of light. I wish you a new dawn, an eternal youth and a morning star to wish on.
