Lose forty pounds

Shrink waist to 28"

Lower blood pressure

Strengthen shoulders and core

Exercise regularly

Run a 5K this summer

Become happier and healthier with me

 Become a vegetarian...

Avoid emotional eating

Limit sugar intake

Avoid processed foods

    I love your username also, it is actually why I read your blog when I was looking at the new blog posts. Your name caught my eye because that is exactly where I am at in my life. I too have put off a lot of living for various reasons, and came to the realization that it is time to start living life, to enjoy the many blessings that I have, to quit focusing on the negatives in my life and move on. Sometimes that involves some difficult steps, but this journey has been so worth it!

    It is neat that your daughter is a Bekah. My mom called me Becca for a while when I was little, but I always preferred Rebecca. Some how it ended up being Becky, and then Bec by my family, lol, although most others called me Rebecca. When we moved here, my husband introduced me as Becky to people so I've been that for a long time. When I was teaching one of my friends teasingly used to call me MS Bekanator, so I figured I would just use it here.

    I saw you added me as a friend, I added you also. Looking forward to sharing together as we travel our life change journeys!
