Food:

I have done Slimming World before and it has taught me smart substitions etc BUT since tracking calories on here I don't think I am eating enough so I will be just trying to eat healthy...whilst eating more.

My food and fitness trackers are shared. I will be honest and not cheat.



Personal Information:
I'm 21. I live in Wareham, Dorset, in the UK.

I used to work in a bank and then I decided that customers shouting at me all day wasn't really for me so I went back to college to do my A-levels! I'm studying Biology, Psychology, Sociology and English.

I'm hoping to go to university next year to study sociology and afterwards maybe do a masters in HR.

Anyway...I'm here to pursue a healthy lifestyle so that I don't have to panic when it's May and I have a few months until bikini season. Not to mention I'm only 5ft 0.5" so according to my BMI I have just entered the 'overweight' category. And I'm not muscly.

Also, I have Seasonal Affective Disorder so it would really help me to exercise in the winter. The support network is especially useful for me as I will no doubt need a very big push to go to the gym when it's November and dark and eurgh... (this is also the reason I would love to run for MIND)
