The other person.. I took an old dress... then I took strips of cloth and made pockets...then everytime I lose weight I take that amount in pintos in baggies and put in the pockets. I keep carrying it on my mile every once in a while. I will try to get a picture on my site soon. The baggies are easy to remove and can be added slowly. Good luck 4197 days ago

I read all the ingredients, and count points on everything before I buy it. I cook in bulk and freeze in small individual portions. I was in such a place that I had the mental motivation, and nothing was going to stop me. I was in a terrible place in my personal life. I wanted this more than anything in my life, so that made the difference in my success.
