    Hello and welcome to Tips for Writers. We are a fun bunch. We talk about writing, and anything and everything. We have become friends who pray for each other when problems exists, or depresion sets in. We talk about our families, ourselves, and get along very well together.     thanks so much! thats a great idea. I have been looking for some 30 minute yoga dvds that are tougher than the ones on exercise TV. I will definately dvr them! I love exercise tv too, if you have time warner its channel 1025, i am doing jillian michaels 30 day shred progam and didnt have to pay for any of the dvd's because they are all on exercise tv! Day 5 tonight, followed by some yoga! have a great day!
