180 minutes of exercise weekly ( 25 minutes a day )

My Program:
 5 Minutes Elliptical
20 Treadmill ( 2.8 mph x 4 minutes followed by 2.5 mph x 2 minutes )
Strength Training ( arms, tummy, butt )
