Introduction Text I was always a thin child, struggled a bit when I was a teen..but I look back now realizing that back then it was more my perception of being heavy rather than actually being heavy. After having kids...that's what really did it in for me. I am at my heaviest now that i have ever been. I have also been diagnosed with DDD and have some arthritis in my back as well. It is worse now that i have all this extra weight. I am realistic about my weight loss as I do not expect to become a size 3 but would like to be *ideally* 140 again..but will settle for 150.

-lose 46 pounds -be in better overall shape. -Workout 3 days a week -Eat a healthier diet

I am trying to work out 3 times a week for 40 minutes on the eliptical and eating healthier.

I am in Colorado.

I am a mother of three children: 10,9 and almost 4. I have been married 9 years to my fabulous husband Ryan. I am a full-time student at CSU. I have 2 children with special needs, my son had ADHD and sensory issues and my youngest aughter has been said to have auditory processing disorder and we should watch to see if when she is older she may also have ADHD. Yuck!!
