    Omigosh, I didn't know you had answered me, and all this time I had forgotten about my comment to you. Then today I stopped by to see how you were doing because I never heard from you again and there was your message. OH MY.

    So you were on Day 5 at the end of July--that's awesome. Today is my Day 2 and I don't feel stronger yet but I am feeling more encouraged than I was yesterday. Wouldn't it be GREAT if we were slim and healthy this time next year!!!

    I hope the rest of your day is AWESOME!

    Good Morning. I am on day 5 and feeling so much stronger already!
    I am thinking of that time as "me" time, to think or not, to enjoy the fantastic weather we've had and to notice the flowers, birds, others out walking too. Previously, I kept whining about not having a buddy to go with-everyone's schedules are crazy- So I feel like it's so simple now to seek pleasure in "What is" There is a therapist that uses a philosophy she named "Loving what is" like a step beyond "accepting" If you can get your mind there it helps!

    What day are you on, with your walking streak--is it day 4 or 5. (sorry my question mark key doesn't work. Several of my keys don't work, for that matter lol). I'm all set to start tomorrow, tracking and 30 minute walk each day. I'm so glad you are "streaking" too, we can encourage each other! Walk ON! =)

    Thanks for adding me as a friend--I've added you right back! I'm sorry it toook me a couple days, usually I am on Spark every day but I am taking stupid condensed summer school classes and I feel so swamped! But only 2 more days this week, then 3 days next week and I'll be DONE. I can't wait. I should graduate next May, Accounting and Business with Finance concentration, Minor in Global Mgt. I'm so TIRED of it!!
