Getting Healthy


I need to get better eating habits, I want to learn to eat the right kind of foods so hopefully it will help my arthritis, and keep my heart healthy. I had a heart attack in 2005. So its important for me to learn to get active again instead of watching life pass me by. Its hard to move and be active with all this extra weight I've put on in the last two years.
All the medications I'm on make me put on weight too, so its really important for me too get it all in control.

 keeping track of my water intake,

staying away from so much sugar :( Love deserts and choc.
