    You go girlie! I wish I could always order a salad when I go out to eat. I need your motivation to choose the salad over the hamburger and fries. :( Although, I'm sure you know as well as I do that some salads can be worse than a burger. NOT all though, you just gotta do the research online to figure out which kind of salads are healthy.

    That's a brilliant idea to order the water and pass it off as alcohol! I may have to try that when I turn 21. I'm sure none of the girls know about it either! You can't tell the difference.     Civil Engineering? Hmm is he cute? ;) Haha only joking only joking. Is he really overweight? Actuallly combining energy drinks and diet pills is a really bad thing ya know? Because both can cause heart problems and stuff ya know? I have a sugar free energy drink every once in a while if I pull an all nighter but only once on a rare occasion.

    Thanks for all the positive support girlie! I appreciate it a lot! That's very kind of you and motivation is something I'm sure we all need! I gained a few pounds (almost 5) I'm at 159.4 lbs today but I ate healthy today so I'm hoping I lose a pound tomorrow. I had one too many girls day/night out and eating out just killed my diet. I'm the kind that can eat junk one day and gain 5 lbs ya know? Slow metabolism=me!

    Don't let them criticize your diet. I am a big fan of as long as you stay in your caloric range you're doing great! I read an article the other day (all though in the health field people really do not know forsure) saying that it didn't matter what kinds of food you eat. All that matters is the serving sizes of food and the amount of calories you eat. As long as you stay in your calorie range you'll still lose weight. Which is nice to know that we can still have a piece of cake without out feeling like we blew it ya know? What's your brother's name? What's his major?

    You're so pretty by the way. How old are you? I'm going to be 21 on September 18th. That is a big motivator for me, I want to get a cute little dress to wear out on my birthday. I live in Stillwater and go to OSU so there will be tons of cute guys ya know? ; ) That's great that we weigh the same and want to get the basically the same weight. I put 140 lbs as my "goal" on here because I want to get there by September 18th. I would love to be 130 though, although I don't know if I can get that skinny. I have the "fat genes" in my family. I put on 30 lbs on the meal plan at OSU and I'm going to be back on the meal plan in August so I have been trying to be strict and not eat too much junk (only in moderation and small quantities) so I can lose as much as I can while I'm at home with my parents because I have access to healthy foods. Good to hear from you! It'll be nice to help eachother keep on track. We can do this. Keep me posted, I need the motivation sometimes.
