My name is Elena. I am 45 years old and am married with two girs who are my world. I heard something on Dr. Oz the other day and it really made me think. "I am hurting my child's mother". I don't want to hurt my children's mother anymore. I have diabetes, high blood pressure and high chlorestrol. I really need to take better care of myself so I can be around for my family and set a better example. I need to get my life back.

My Goals:
To get off all my medications completely. To reach my goal weight by my birthday at the end of this year. To take each day as it comes and not be daunted by setbacks. To get healthy, fit and organized!

I am originally from NY but moved to Northeastern PA about 2 years ago and I love it here!

Other Information:
 I love to read and do needlepoint but rarely find the time :( I am a yellow belt in Tae Kwon Do but have not gone to class in a while.
