I know what you're thinking...That's one sexy big girl! And you're right BUT on my 39th birthday I was the unhealthiest I have ever been in my life. My goal is to lose 40 pounds by my 40th birthday (October 24, 2011). The great news is I've already dropped 18! When this next 23 is gone I will re-evaluate and make some new goals!

My Program:
 I'm using diet power software to track my calories and exercising (usually Walk Away the Pounds) with a weighted vest and hand weights 6 - 7 days a week for 38 - 45 minutes.
