2020 - Back to Basics
1.7.20 For the new year my goals include: 1. Losing 20lbs to finally get back to the same weight I was this time last year. 2. Work on my body (Toning Up) 3. Updating my SP Pictures 4. Transitioning to a more plant based diet and limiting my meat intake. I just feel alot better this way and less guilty with the calories. I thank God everyday for all his blessings and grace in my life. He is always first. As long as He allows me to wake up each morning I plan to do my very ...

My Goals:
I have been over 200lbs for too long and this year I plan to do my very best to lose and keep the weight off.
Today: (10/18/18) 230.6lbs
To Lose:50.6 lbs
Goal: 180lbs (1st goal)
My Program:
My goals for losing weight and becoming more healthy is to do it the right way this time.
In the past I would do fad diets and lose/gain and not exercise. Not anymore.
I have fallen off with using SP to track my food and water but I plan to get back on track with that.
As I become more familiar with Sparkpeople I find that it helps in making my healthy lifestyle adjustments easier.
I am also working on setting up a routine of exercising on a regular basis.

1. Lose 5lbs a month
2. Upgrade my nutrient intake
3. Put me first... and not feel guilty for doing so.
