My name is Nicole and since I went to my last doctor's appointment a few weeks ago and learned that I gained even more weight, I've decided I really have to do something about it this time and stick to it! I used to be a size 9/10 and am now a size 24/26...I don't know how I let it get this far, but I'm going to try my best to eat healthier and exercise more. I am one of those people that are very bad at logging in what I do, so hopefully I can adjust to that as well. Good luck with your weight loss as well!

My Goals:
Overall I would love to lose about 140lbs, but I want to lose at least 100lbs.

My Program:
I am not eating ANY fast food! (I used to eat it about 5 times or more a week and haven't had any in 3 weeks!) I also have cut back on drinking alcohol. Since I had been drinking every Friday night for the last 2 years, I have gained 50lbs! So..the past few Fridays, I haven't drank at all and if I decide that I do want a drink; it will be a 2 drink limit. Thanks to Sparkpeople I am also logging in and taking responsibility for the calories I consume and the calories I am burning.

Personal Information:
My name is Nicole and I am almost 27 years old. I live in Michigan and I have wonderful, supportive boyfriend, who keeps me motivated. (He is very fit and I am far from it! Lol) I want to be able to keep up with him and do some of the activities he loves doing. I have no children, although I am dying to have a dog and he would be considered my furchild, lol. Anything else you want to know, just ask!

Other Information:
I love reading. It is such a great stress reducer. Some of my favorite authors are James Patterson, Jodi Picult(sp?), and Janet Evanovich. I also love to go fishing in the summer with my dad. When it comes to being active, I like playing volleyball, badmitton(sp?), and anything like that.
