Gosh... I am really blowing up your wall!!!

Thanks for watching my vlog. That's a really good idea about incorporating the runs into a circuit. That would work really well for speedwork runs, since you're supposed to do active recovery in between intervals. Thanks for the idea :)

The book's "master recipe" calls for a mixture of AP flour and Whole Wheat. There's a ton of variations, and the other's I've tried were 100% Whole Wheat and Rye. I've been dying to test out their breads that have fruit and veggies in them, and there's even some with brown rice or quinoa as a base. It's awesome, still lovin this book :)

Wow, that is so cool. I would get a treadmill if we had enough space. I keep telling my husband we need a bigger house! Instead I am a proud owner of the world's worst elliptical.
Every time I feel like I am stuck, I have to remind myself that no matter how much, how hard, or how often I work out, it will not matter, clean eating is what makes a difference!

Haha! No, not yet. It is pretty cold here, so I might have to wait till Spring. I might get motivated by a cool, hot pink pair of running shoes never know!
My husband and I kept talking about starting to run all throughout the summer and fall, and now we are like, meh, too cold. I know that devout runners go hard all year round. But I am not in that category. Yet?
    How are you doing?
