    I actually NEVER loved running. I just got up one day, got randomly motivated, and decided I wanted to do some sort of running program. I started sifting through things on Google and other's SparkPages and everyone was talking about 'c25k' so I researched it and found out that it sounded pretty awesome and simple to do. I decided to start doing it and have done really well. I have had to repeat week 1 a few times because I get winded fairly easy and am heavy chested so it took a bit to get me started. The 'c25k' team is pretty awesome though. They helped me realize that I wasnt the only one who had to revisit some weeks :) Also, I have heard from the team board on the 'c25k' team and they said that it is easier to start and finish the program on the treadmill and then restart the program on the pavement as its different as far as running and terrain, or just start out doing the weeks slowly on the pavement, whichever you think you would rather do. I LOVE Zumba. Hubby got it for me for Christmas for the Wii so I do it at home for now, but my gym recently started up classes this month so I am hopin that my sister and I can get into a class this week or next!!     Great going on the giving up sodas! I know that is sooo hard. My hubby and I did that for like 6mths and then something happened and we gave in and now its like an act of Congress to get back off of them again!! I have slacked down a lot and hopefully will give them up totally soon. I applaud you for it, congrats!! Hope your Zumba went well. My run was pretty good. I plan on doing some Zumba myself today :)

    Or better yet, buy a water bottle and fill it up each day! That is $1 saved a day....so at least $30 a month! That could buy some nice clothes in a year! I have a big green cup I bought at Dollar Tree, it holds 64 oz! I think when you actually see how much you have to drink a day and it is readily available there for you, it makes it so much easier.

    By the way I love your rockabilly style you have in that one picture! When i get thinner...and please don't laugh but I am 10000% serious...I plan to buy or have an outfit made like the housewives from the 1950's, complete with pill box hat, white gloves, pearl necklace, white Mary Jane heels and have my husband dress in a sensible sweater vest...and then we are gonna go to Wal Mart and pretend we are from the 1950's...saying stuff like peachy, neato, keen. so many people will stare and it will be soooo much fun!
