Hi! I am back again on Sparkpeople after going through some major life changes. One of these was a mild heart attack. So, I am determined to make some changes in how I treat myself. I am determined to love myself and take care of me like I deserve.

My Program:
 I love being able to track what I am eating on SP. It makes me think before I put something on my plate or in my mouth.

I hate to exercise and am finding motivation to sweat from my friends at SP.

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. A personal trainer wouldn't that be awesome. Hmm maybe instead of a house cleaner I should get one of those. emoticon
    The house cleaner was DH's idea, but it seems to come from my paycheque. At least that gives me more time to tackle the other de-junking jobs. Keep up the good work on the exercise.
