2015 update
I've used Spark on and off for about five years, originally losing about 40 lbs in training for 10 days trekking in the Annapurnas in 2010. Since then I've stayed relatively healthy, but always need a but of a reset/ kick up the bum in the Spring to get back into active mode.
I actually went back to Nepal and completed the full 23 day Annapurna Circuit in 2014, and have moved to NZ recently. I live in a very hilly city now, so no excuses when it comes to getting out and clocking ...
