Hi, my name is Nickie. I have been working out for over 10 years this January. About 8 years ago I lost 40 pounds and I was more fit than I have every been in my life. Well after about 3 years of nothing but working out for 5-6 days a week and for almost 2 hours a day, I got burnt out and took a break. Now I gained about 20 pounds back which I think is pretty good for me,lol. I took about 2 months off and then I got back in to working out 3 times a week for about 30 mins a day. I did that for about 5 years and I still maintained my 20 pound gain and did not gain any more. Now I'm back and shooting to loose about 10 pounds. I just want to trim a bit. I realized that I like my curves and that they are all in the right places, lol. I love living my life and I have managed to figure out how to live and enjoy my life and also workout without it being the only thing and everything in my life, while still living a healthy lifestyle. #allsmiles!!

My Goals:
Is to be lean, pettie and fit. To be healthy inside and out and to be toned from head to toe.. to maintain my current size 0-4, run in a 5k race and Also to eat clean with every meal.


My Program:
I jog 2 to 4 miles 2 to 4 times a week. Burning off 500 plus calories a work out. Right now I'm doing the " 30 Day Shred" dvd with Jillian Michaels. I have been eating clean for 6 years now and I have 1 to 2 cheat meals in a month. I cut down on my alcohol in take(I love me some wine) and only drink on the weekends, Friday and Saturday. I drink lots of water and I don't count calories but I'm very aware of what I put in my body.



Personal Information:
I live in a county right outside of St. louis with my bf. We are living it up and enjoying each other company. I have been working out for 3 years this January 2011. I love the way it makes me feel and look!! I listen to all kinds of music but some of my favorites are Led Zeppelin, beatles, fog hat, AIC, STP, Korn, Type O negative, Lenord Skinnard, Crosby Stills Nash and Young the Doors, Ted Nugent. N some Ole school rap like 2pac n ice cube.
