NEW BABY, NEW DEGREE, NEW JOB, NEW LIFE

NEW BODY

I turn 40 June of this year, 2017, and I have finally found the drive to have the body I have always wanted.

My continuous journey has always been about "losing the fat, losing the fat, losing the fat".....this stage is completely new to me.

I still have about 15lbs to lose, but that will come off during my current mission to simply love my body, feel strong, and look great naked!!!! I am happy with my life, and finally feel like I have developed into the balanced woman I was always striving to be.

Here I go!!!! Thank you Spark for always being here as a faithful tool!

I am a person who cannot seem to keep mind, body, & soul in sync. If I am successful at work (or now school), my weight and health become unbalanced and vice versa. This drastic change in my life is my determination to now balance all of life�s aspects with one major goal in mind � happiness.

Spark was my #1 supporter when I was about to turn 30. We took a journey together from 240lbs to 180lbs, and I enjoyed every minute of the ride!!! Now that I am 34, my weight has ballooned to 230lbs, and this must change. I have gained back almost all of the weight that I worked so hard to lose for years and now must face the fact that this journey must start again.
So, now is the time! The steps are being taken to a transformation of my mind; now it�s time for my body�s health, and I believe that my soul will find its way somewhere within my new voyage of discovery.
