Hello. I am a High School Health and PE Teacher who is trying to truly practice what I preach and utilize my knowledge to get myself in the shape of my life!

Fitness Minutes: 4,168

My Goals:
My overall goal is to get down to 145lbs....

I also aim to decrease my body comp. to 25% with ultimate goal near 18%

My Program:
 My plan consists of consistently tracking my calories to be sure that I'm eating enough of the right foods. I also am working out at least 30 min a day with cardio exercise and additional strengthening.

 I have a hypothyroid so losing weight has been a challenge....slow but steady is my theme.

    Hi! I'm in Munster. Not too far. I'd like to get together sometime. Maybe we can take turns going back and forth or meeting in the middle. I have an old bike and old inline skates. I'm not very good at either. I can walk with the best of them and I'm a beginning runner. Let me know if any of that interests you.
