    Good morning , thank you for reading and commenting on my blog . I don't know if these things will help you , but they are the way my body responds . Make sure you are drinking enough water , also really work at increasing the calories burned til you achieve burning more than you eat . As you start doing this you will begin to notice slow changes that last . When I was active prior to my reboot ,I had lost 25 lbs and maintained for almost 2 years . Hashimtos disease decided to make an appearance in my life . While it slows my progress I will press on 1 day at a time . emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
