A fresh start, a new future


I've been trying to loose weight for quite some time now, and find it frustrating with 3 other adults in the house. It is time to get off my butt and get 'er done, loose the weight and be done with it.

My Goals:
Goal, to be 15 lbs lighter by Christmas. My arthritis is getting worse, and I would love to loose a few lbs in order to be more active. To be able to walk around our reservoir which is 5 km with my dog every night. To be able to go to the mountains and hike for a day.

 Will enter at a later date, once I figure out what it is.
