On A Mission.... MS BIKE TOUR
I am a mother of two wonderful boys who I want to show even with struggles you can accomplish anything you set out to do.
Since 2009 I have had ups and downs with my weight. My highest being 235lbs and lowest being 173lbs. Like many others I ended up putting back on weight. However, it wasn't as much as the last time. Each time it gets better.
My personal journey has been one of many challenges I have been doing the best I can but am slowly realizing that I can't ...
I am a mother of two wonderful boys who I want to show even with struggles you can accomplish anything you set out to do.
Since 2009 I have had ups and downs with my weight. My highest being 235lbs and lowest being 173lbs. Like many others I ended up putting back on weight. However, it wasn't as much as the last time. Each time it gets better.
My personal journey has been one of many challenges I have been doing the best I can but am slowly realizing that I can't make excuses to why I can't achieve the real goal I want which is a healthy BMI.
I am training now for an amazing cause the MS Bike Tour, its an almost 200km bike ride. It's a wonderful cause and I am pushing myself daily but doing the Les Mills Combat fitness program and training for the MS Bike tour. Hoping with the clean eating and physical activity then I should really be able to accomplish the goal I have set out to obtain.

Onthis journey I am looking forward to lose the weight, becoming more positve and learning more about me and what I need to fine tune in my life to make me healthy and happy.
My Program:
I am working a number of fitness programs at the moment. I am riding my new road bike to prepare for the MS BIKE TOUR and I am also doing Les Mills Combat and 21 Day Fix. Loving the results I am starting to see!
Personal Information:
firstly I am a mother of two boys, I wife to a wonderful husband who serves in the Canadian military!
I am a Beachbody coach but do not push people to use the product. I feel that people who approach me when they are to learn about fitness options.
Other Information:
As long as you do better tomorrow then you did today you have had a successful workout.
