Hi, I have been wanting change in my life for a long time, but have always been either to busy with work, family, or friends, or just plain lazy about committing myself. I recently lost my job, and it threw me for a loop. Nothing like that has ever happened to me before. So, I thought that there was some higher purpose for me. But those things didn't work out for me either. So then I knew it was finally time to take my life in my own hands and start doing what I needed to.

I am here to get healthy. I don't know what weight I should be. I've been over weight my whole life. I want by blood work to come back and be in the normal range. I want to go cloths shopping and enjoy myself, not leave feeling worse than when I went into the store. I want to quite smoking and not be dependent on that little stick. I want, I want, I want...

The thing is, I think that I'm actually finally in the right place in my life for me to really get what I want, and I also relized that I'm the one that has to make the changes and do the work.

1.) Become healthy

2.) Quite smoking

3.) Enjoy life everyday


My Program:
Do cardio every other day. Do strength training on days I'm not doing cardio. choose healthier options.

Other Information:
Even if I'm not seeing results on the scale, I'm going to be happy with myself. Because I know that I'm treating myself better than I ever have, and that I am getting healthier!

    The flowers and blossoms are filling the air with the smells of Spring. This is the time to start preparing for the Summer. Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of June. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
