Dream big, work hard, enjoy the victory!!!
Have you ever seen one of those signs in a hotel or other business that says, "Sorry for our mess. We are working hard to remodel our facility to make it more comfortable for our guests"?
That is how I feel. I let my body get run down and out of shape. But I am remodeling so it will be nicer and more comfortable for my guest, ME! LOL

More than my weight goal, I am interested in making healthy eating and exercising a habit for life. But, being thin will be cool too!

To lose 1 pound 78 times.
My Program:
Eat food for fuel, not for pleasure or as a pain killer.
Drink water, exercise, move and then move some more!
Personal Information:
If my ticker is moving, and it will, I have my husband, my friends Terri, Pam, Jane, Lindy, Sonya and Gayla to thank. Yes, I am doing the work, but believe me they are my cheerleaders!
