I will turn 60 this year and have always been interested in good health but it has seemed to be more difficult as the years pass. With The Lords help, I am determined to go forward, not backward with my health and fitness.

    Hey there... ok - I'm not sure if you got your SparkMail or saw the post about our Team Walk on Saturday - but I just got your e-mail about working everyday EXCEPT Saturday - so I understand if you are not up for it... but if you are - it's at 10am at Randall Park on the 48th Ave side...     Hey you... we missed ya last night but I know you had to work! Mark your calendar for next time though - May 1st!

    We are having a Team Walk this morning at 10am... at Randall Park (48th Ave Parking Lot) so if you are up and about - stop in if you'd like! I know Suzanne and I will be there with a few other Sparkers!

    Hey Girlie... you MADE It!!! Yay! You need to join our Yakima's Finest team too... because we have walks (This Saturday - at 10am at Randall Park) and team lunches (TOMORROW at 12:30 at Subway downtown) and coffee dates every month... if you have any questions - just ask me... ths site is amazing and can be overwhelming in the beginning - but it will require as little or as much time as you want to put into it... the Trackers will really amaze you!!!
