Hi. I'm Mish & live in Melbourne, Australia.
Recently hit 50 & it's time to shake up my life.
My body is my temple & it's run down & in need of attention.
Time for the renovations to begin.

My Goals:
To become the best I can be.
I'm 103kg at the moment - the heaviest I've ever been. My goal is to get down to 75kg.
I know my journey to a healthier me is going to take time - It took years for me to get this heavy, and I don't expect to lose it overnight.


My Program:
My problem is that I DON'T eat. I can go all day, living on coffee & only having one meal.
My food program - to eat 3 meals a day & healthy snacks between - staying within my cal allowance.
I can't wait to check out SparkRecipies.
My exercise program - walking/dancing everyday & working out in the gym.

My hobbies are, Knitting - just started to learn,sewing, and I'm a huge fan of the Outlander series & books.


Other Information:
I've been "dieting" on & off for decades, so have a good understanding on what I need to do - and why I have failed in the past.
The biggest weapon in my weight loss arsenal is MY MIND....
I was my own worst enemy - sabotaging myself, with negative thoughts and using food as an emotional crutch. That's NOT going to happen any more.. Things can only get better from here on in.
