To my Spark Warriors (which is you),
I am sorry to write that there will be no weekly accountability report (WAR) for today and from now on. I have started blogging them so that I do not bunch up your Spark Page comments section and I will have a report that I can look back at and see if I am doing to what I wrote down. So if you have the time please feel free and stop by and read my WAR. Feel free to add your comments or concerns (thank you and stay focused)!

To all my SparkWarriors (accountability update for last week),
Well, another week has flown by and I managed to lose another pound. As for my calorie intake (food allowance); I did go over twice last week (one on the fifth and one on the thirteenth). As for my cardio, I was able to do 429 minutes worth and burned 4560 calories. My blood pressure was normal when checked (checked every Saturday). So to sum it up—I did well! I even started using the exercise notes for how I am feeling for that day and report any aches that I have encounter. This will be a document that I can use when I go see my Doctor for my yearly check up. I also found out that 3500 calories will add a pound to your weight? My plan for this coming week is to try and stay focus on my calorie allowance. I am aiming to get to 195 by Saturday. This weekend will be a huge challenge for me; it’s my Grandson B-day and I will be on the grill – grilling it up! I’m not planning on going over my daily allowance but who knows (LOL)?? YOU STILL HAVE TO ENJOY LIFE – RIGHT??? I hope you’re all doing well and I am anxious to see how your weekly results pan out – take care and God Bless!
Hope you're doing well and thank you for the correction of "Ooohrah"! LOL

Thank you, for the Spark Goodie and the comment! Oh by the way, my father-in-law is a retired E9 Marine! He now teaches JROTC Marines at a high school in Lynchburg VA; his school is either in the number one position or in the top five of JROTC of Virgina (Richard Duperior). We have a great relationship and he's in great shape for his age!
