Introduction Text Thanks for browsing my page. I'm a 30-year old mommy of 2 girls, and I begin college again on January 25th, 2010. I've been FAT all of my life. (I love the honesty of the F-word.) I have no thyroid problem and my obesity is not a disease. I have earned each and every one of my stretch marks through bad food choices and even worse portion control. I bought my first pair of adult-sized athletic shoes 2 years ago and my ultimate goal was to lose enough weight to be able to go to a gym. :) After my first daughter was born (she's now 4), I went home at a whopping 367 pounds. That was the alarm clock. My kids have always had a Mommy that had more regrets than accomplishments and couldn't play with them the way that Daddy can--because I can't keep up. I want to be able to not only keep up but to set an example for my girls. I want to be their strong, powerful, healthy, educated rolemodel. Not just someone who is waiting for opportunities and weight loss to fall from the sky. My ultimate goal: I want to be a runner when I grow up. (aka "before I graduate college")

100 pounds in 1 year, and then I'll keep going until I'm within a healthy BMI.

4+ Cardio Hours per week 3 Strength Training sessions per week Staying within SP nutritional ranges 8+ glasses of water/day NO SMOKING! WOO HOO!

I want to be a runner when I grow up. I'm not in the movies, so my telephone number does not begin with 555. I do not live in Tempe, Arizona or Barrow, Alaska. I prefer cold over heat and humidity because there are always more clothes that you can put on. I have lived in places where naked is not naked enough.
