    Hey Girl, getting on the board to get some motivation to work out. It seems once I am on track with it, something happens to push me off course. I think that is the whole reason everyone finds it's so hard! We all have busy lives and this forces us to look at ourselves and realize that we need to make the time to get that exercise in! I only eat what I bring to work so that has helped in the food department. Got in 2 bottles yesterday and it should be four. I am bouncing around from desk to desk this week, so I actually left a new bottle of water at the new desk that I'm using to remind myself to drink. Hope your having an OP week. Love you. CA Girl

    O.K. so I think I've figured it out. You will NEVER have a slow period with this job. That is fine. If you like what you are doing and it is helping your family it is what you need to do. I do think that instead of waiting for things to settle down you need to look at what your schedule has been like for the last 4-10 monthes and then plan accordingly to stick some time for yourself in there. It may not be daily. But maybe once or twice a week.

    I haven't seen you in a while. I know I know I should go on and post but truthfully I just don't feel right there anymore. I am still doing what I need to do. Got in a 6.5 mile bike ride yesterday. Around the pond TWICE and up THAT hill TWICE without ever getting off my bike. I'm sore now but I'm good with that.

    Hey how are you doing? Your post tonight sounded like you were just about to throw in the towel. Hang in there!

    Have you read that book yet or are you just tyring to keep your head above water?

    It is working for me. I'm down 8lbs in 5 weeks. I know it doesn't sound like much but it is more than I've been able to manage in monthes.

    I have twice as much weight as you to loose so Christmas probably is not a possiblity. I'm thinking that I can be at goal by next May. I've lost 5 in the last 2 weeks so that is a start. I think some how we are in sync with each other I'm always 40 lbs heavier than you are. We both lost and I was 40 heavier then I gained and we are still 40 lbs apart.

    The book was only about $12 on Amazon. I would suggest getting the fitness trainer to go with it. It is a journal that forces you to keep focused on the goal of being your best. If you can only get one get the book but if you can do about $25 I would suggest both.
