I'm back on this site after being away from it for a year. I didn't lose any weight in the year but I didn't gain any either. I'm back on here to try and jumpstart my weight loss. I'm trying to get down to my wedding weight for our 10th anniversary.

My Goals:
Looking to get down to my wedding weight of 95 kilograms (209 pounds) by our 10th wedding anniversary on the 14th of December 2012.

My Program:
 Keeping up my exercise but cutting down my food intake and giving up caffiene and soft drinks


Personal Information:
From Dunedin New Zealand, married since 2002 to my wife Vishal. We have two boys Kaushal Adrian (29/4/06) and Jay Lachlan (06/07/08)

Other Information:
 I collect stamps and coins. I enjoy reading, Hiking with my two boys and playing Badminton and Tennis. Absolutely obsessed with cricket.
