My name is Neila, I'm 38 years old. I'm a mother to 7.I need to lose 150 lbs and I struggle daily with it.

My Goals:
I would like to get to a goal weight of150lbs. Right now I'm at 312lbs. Staying on goal is what I'm needing the most help with.( I think ).I have to say I'm needing help in impulse control!!

My Program:
 Right now i'm keeping a note book of everything I eat or drink. I've given up soda as one of my first steps...so far so good lol. My second step was to involve my family in walking and helping with motivation.

My name is Neila, I'm a mom to 7. My E-mail address is nbarnes1967@yahoo.com. I'm around 150lbs over weight, and years of trying has not improved my weight.

Other Information:
 I love all books,most movies, I love gardening, I would love to own a greenhouse of my own. love camping and outdoors. I've found several people who are a living testimony in sparks. There is so much insperation here!!!!

    Hello all, My Mom is getting better!! I have gone and blew everything I worked so hard on, so I'm starting again. My mom had both breast removed from breast cancer. All went well with that it was when she started having what we have learned now were mini strokes , that her mind started to fail. This is when I lost all my sparks. I no longer cared about me or my diet and without tracking every day and talking to people I soon fell back into my old habits. My moms mind is better,thou it will never fully recover I'm thankful she is not competly gone. I'm back on sparks and hope to find my old friends!! Love you all Neila

    Just stop to see how your doing! Summer is here and we can get out and enjoy the sun, if you have sun where you are. I has been raining off and on the last few weeks here in WA. To morrow is suppost to be a very nice day.
    I am exercising more faithly. Starting to feel some toning under all my bluber!

    Have a good week and don't give up on your self. My grand baby is due in about 4 - 5 weeks. I am getting excited.

    I haven't seen any postings from you on the MI site. Hope you have found support and are still typing away. I am from Charlevoix and have 2 young children.
