I am a 23 year old in Canada, and I have been checking goals off my list these past two years like crazy! I completed my undergrad last spring and my postgrad this spring and immediately got hired to teach at a very good school. I feel so fortunate to have reached so many goals and I KNOW that I can reach my weight-loss goals too! I've been working seriously at losing weight for 19 months now and I've lost a total of 60lbs

My ultimate goal is to bring my waist to a healthy size, to be well into my healhty BMI range, and to lower my body fat (to about 20%) and increase my fitness. I WILL reach 145lbs by my October 2008 wedding.

I have started the final push toward my ultimate weight! I plan to be done with losing by the end of this summer and then focus on maintaining. I refer to my final push as my "Summer Slimdown" I've charted out what I plan to lose and I know I can get it gone by my wedding. When I reach 145lbs by the fall I will have lost a total of 75lbs in two years!

My Program:
I use low fat/high protien/high fibre/low sodium cooking, I track all my food intake and take a number of vitamins with lots of water for overall health.

-Begin Calorie Cycling program mid-June...see to the left for details

-Couch to 5K running plan 3 or more times/week
-YOU on a Diet workout videos (advanced)
-Long walks with my dog.
-yoga and floor work
-DDRsupernova2 for fun



Personal Information:
I live in Ontario, Canada and I just finished my grad studies. I'm an ESL teacher teaching summer sessions (which I LOVE) and also a part time bridal store sales associate. I love working with brides and being surrounded by all that positive, hopeful energy!
