Hello, I am a 34yr old Wife & Mother. I have had trouble with weight loss for several years now. Praying that with Gods help I can get through this. Have a BLESSED day!

Fitness Minutes: 733

My Goals:
I will Lose 100 lbs by March of 2016 to be a Healthier person for Myself, My Husband & My Kids.
I will do some type of Cardio Exercise 3 days per week until my goal weight is met(then I can modify) to help me to lose the weight.
I will do some type of Strengthening Exercises to help tone up my body with the weight loss, until my Goal weight is met(then I can modify), to help make me feel more positive about Myself.

My Program:
 I have started eating healthier. I also exercise 1 hr at least every other day. I have also stopped all soft drinks & sugary sweets.


Personal Information:
Being a wife & mother along with having a full time job I'm always on the go. But hoping to slow things down a little to Focus on me just a little.

Other Information:
 Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.
