15 March '14 - Thanks to a plant strong lifestyle with lots of green juices and whole freggies with NO dairy, NO gluten and very little animal products, I have lost 75 lbs since my that last entry below. I am stronger and have more energy and feel more ALIVE than I have in at least ten years. Look out world; I'm BACK! 2014 is going to ROCK!

17 Aug '13 - I'm over 50, fatter and weaker than I've ever been or dreamed of being. I have to go all out with no reservations one time because I won't last long if something doesn't change in a big way. No dithering over whether I will be able to have this or that because living and feeling alive are more important than ANYTHING I put in my mouth.

Intermittent juice fasting.
