    Jus happened across your page! You are freakin gorgeous! :) As far as protein goes...protein powder in shakes is always good. I love chocolate protein powder with nonfat milk and frozen cherries! I'm also obsessed with egg whites - on their own, in an omlette, hard boiled, with oats, etc. Obv chicken breast is great, so is fish and canned tuna. Lowfat cheese. Oh! Cottage cheese and nonfat greek yogurt are both amazing protein options, too! I have them every day! Hope that helps :)

    Have you tried egg whites? I am on a 1500 calorie diet and my nutrionist recommends 7 ounces which can be two peices of chicken (each the size of a deck of cards) and a egg...hope that helps
