I have no idea what I'm creating this page for but here goes. I'm 29, I work out 5 days per week and have come to the conclusion that I also have to start living a healthy lifestyle in what I eat. This has been a struggle for me in the last six months, I’m so busy and so on the run that I eat as I go, it’s very unhealthy, and this is a habit I have to break so I’m on here looking to break it. I horse back ride 3-6 times a week and I hike/walk 3 times a week. I’m about to start doing light yoga 5 days a week in the morning. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease which has been a struggle but I’m managing well so far and am finally getting back into the swing of things. Also if I don't eat sugar at least once every other day I get very cranky so going have to try and manage that somehow too.

I don't need to add any more exercise then what I already do! Being as active as I am exercise has never been a problem what is a problem is what I eat and how I eat always on the go so now I'm cooking at home taking my meals with me making my meals healthy and balanced.
