    Hi. If you would like to try something different with a little challenge...I have one for you to consider. It's a small private team that competes with others within the larger X-Weighted team. Doing various challenges. Runs for 8 weeks. Main requirement is to post weight weekly...other activities, all though very beneficial, are optional.     The trick is to make a real commitment to yourself. :) Welcome (again?) to SparkPeople! One of the things I read, in my first few months here, was something along the lines of "be consistent, trust the process." In other words, keep doing what you need to be doing - don't get discouraged by day to day weight fluctuations or plateaus, just trust that if you're honestly doing the things you need to be doing (eating healthy, exercising, tracking) that it WILL work.
