Hi,
I am 59 and soon to be 60! I have 12 beautiful grandchildren ( soon to be 13), 3 wonderful children, 3 amazing in-law children and a terrific husband. So I should be happy right ...? Just one thing ... I need to lose 100lbs. I have battled this for the last 10years, losing gaining, losing gaining. TODAY is the beginning of the end! I see all these great people on SPARKS who are and have done it and I want to be one of them. So here I go...

My Goals:
My main goal is to regain my mobility! I retired from teaching 5 years ago and since then have become a regular couch potato. Now I am at the point where everything is SUCH an effort.

My Program:
 Wate, water , water I am going to start drinking water. ALso start to think before I eat..... is this too much.... is this really a healthy choice . . I will start by taking a daily walk for as many minutes as I can manage!
