I am here to learn how to change my eating habits and my eating life style. I want to make sure I stay healthy ~ and I need to get on the right road... I love all the info shared here!! Thank you!!

Her name is Shayla. She is my guiding light , I will take this one day a t a time still so that I wil be a healthier Grandma and be here for her in the future when she needs me!
