MANY MANY things have changed in my life over these last few years I have been away, some good, some not so great, but I take ALL these things as lessons learned and grow stronger every day! :) I have met a man I love dearly (yes, that is a bit of an explanation you will have to check into my blog for details.) I have grown and changed immeasurably. My confidence is at a peak right now even though my weight is not NEAR where I want it to be! I am a much better person than I was a few years ago, as I have undergone some DRASTIC life changes. I am ready to jump on the crazy train and make my way back to where I want to be physically,mentally and strenghth-wise. :)

I am making SP a part of my life until my very last breath, I have decided on this.
SP has changed me in so many ways, it is just unimaginable what this place can do for a person.
This page constantly forces me to take a deeper look within myself at my accomplishments so far mentally and what I want for my future.
Life is definitely a rollercoaster and I will enjoy the ride every minute!:D

My Goals:
To live conscious of what I am doing to my body and what is going in it and the fact that my son will be my "MIRROR" so I have to live healthy every day.:)

My Program:
All the little things in life!
Everything is something in this journey.

Walking, healthy eating, pushups, situps, jumping jacks, jump rope.

I also see my doctor and nutritionist regularly to make sure that I am keeping myself on track health-wise. I TRY to make sure I am writing down everything I eat in my food journal, it's hard some days, but, I notice I do better and better when I keep remembering to write it all down. I also keep a rather consistent blog here to help me deal with anything that is on my mind.
