I am a retired school teacher, well more like I had to retire. My daughter had a little boy with a guy who didn't have his life together! She and Jack lived with us for awhile, she decided to finish college, and then decided she liked being single and free. Jack lives with us all the time now and visits with his parents. He is 3 now, and we love him so much!!!!

We have had a lot of stress in our lives and mine has showed up on the scales! This makes me feel terrible so I eat to feel better! I've got to stop this!!!!! So I'm starting again and this time I am going to stick with a plan. The plan is 30 minutes exercise everyday, and chasing Jack doesn't count! Eat veggies, fruit, well just eat healthy! So let my plan begin... TODAY!!!!!

My Goals:
Short term

Eat 2 fruits and 2 veggies everyday.

Drink 6-8 glasses of water.

Exercise 30 minutes a day

My Program:
I twisted my knee, I finally went to the Dr. so I've just started the meds. Because of my knee I've got to stick to very low impact exercises. I can walk and I'm also doing strength training. I am keeping a written journal of what I eat.

Personal Information:
I am married with 2 daughters, 1 grandson and 1 dog

Other Information:
I love to read, mostly suspence, such as James Patterson. My daughter got me hooked on the "Twilight" books! I've got one more to read. I enjoy scrapbooking, my grandson is always the star. He loves to look at the books and He'll say Nana do you remember that?

    Hi nanajuli,
    I saw your question posted yesterday on the SparkBirmingham page about St. Vincent's One Nineteen. Check out this web page. It has links to the children's programs, as well as other programs, One Nineteen has.

    As far as how much a membership costs, that depends on what type of membership you get. If you start at the fitness page, you can click the links on the left to get the information you need. Sorry, I couldn't be more specific without knowing exactly what you're looking for.
