71 years old. I have COPD. The weight has pilled on over the past few years. Breathing has become a bit more difficult. Seen the heart doctor today. he scheduled a nuclear stress test for September 11.
He wants me to go on a low carb diet. ( not going to easy for me since I love my pasta and bread.
But I am going to try !!!!!! Well I started this on July 13 and its going pretty well. I have lost 20 pounds so far. I do eat fruit and veggies, just no peas or corn. I have allowed ...

I have allowed myself one carb meal once a week. I have had one slice of pizza on Fridays , one Friday I had a baked potato. NO bread, cake chips , pretzels. or packaged foods.
