I've heard of this site before, tried to do it, but lost focus. Something new is usually hard to follow till you know your way around. This time I'm asking for help. I'm reading the blogs, stories, reading motivational pages. I'm in it for the long (run). Hum...I don't run. Anyway, I'm in it for the health. I haven't started an exercise program yet. I do stretches, I work full-time and have a demanding job. I do have a club house where I live, so I ask myself, "why haven't you gone down there?" No good answer. I have spoken to a friend about spark people and she is now doing the program, she doesn't know how to use a computer, so I help her with her nutritional program and print out a lot of paper work for her. We want to go walking together. I think I need someone, I have a hard time just going out on my own. I have also printed out a form about spark people and left it in a log at work. How many places on the web can you have a program as this one that is FREE? I have been on ediets in the past. It was good, just had everything this site has, but I paid for it. I'm glad that I have my act together now and am able to take full advantage of this web site. Thanks Sparkguy for doing this for us.
