    Hi,MZSASSY, Iam checkin in here because it seems that no one has posted to the new forum. Its been since yesterday morning and Iam wondering if the ladies forgot the spelling because you know its so close to the old spelling. I left you a post over there too. Just wondering how you are doing and whats happening today. Iam about to have breakfest late and then I have to do an errand. I thought I'd stop by and see what the menue looked like today and cheer you on. You have been doing such a great job of going forward with your goals and you respond to our ladies that are new and that are in the middle of a problem. Did you take your last exam? I thought you already had but I was reading the posts and it seems you still have one left. Any news about your grades? i'am sure you are wondering. We're all cheering you on with your education goals. What about those inches, Did you lose any?. I think it would be nice to show on our posts if we had, that way it shows all progress not just weight loss.

    Hello MZSASSY, You are such a go getter, you get quite alot of excerise even though you are very active. It is an inspiration to the rest of us to get out there and do more. Even when we are draggin we still do more then before. Iam glad those words got you through the tuff stuff. Excerise does clear the mind and therefore brings calm, I know in times of high stress that is the best thing to go for. With the calm brings insite and peace. Iam glad you are on our board.

    Once you create your model based on your current size, save it and email to your self, then create one for your future self and save and email it to your personal email. Then I just clicked it to save it to "My Pictures" folder then downloaded it to my sparkpage.

    I can't wait to see your "virtual".
