Hi Whoever you are! I want you to know... You CAN Do This!! I am 5o years YOUNG! I have ALWAYS battled a weight issue! I was born at 10 Lbs 2Oz & sometimes felt I never stood a chance. Starting Over AGAIN. 2018 I started at about 270 March 1st I started tracking again, with one important change. My daughter is also tracking. She doesn't have much to lose but is ready to pay more attention to what she eats. This has helped me enormously. So now I live in TN on a piece of land with about 3 acreas of woods. Love walking and maintaining my circuitous trail. Love hiking with my husband. Below is my from my time years ago when I first joined Spark. This is the best app and approach that has ever worked for me. I was down to Onederland the first time I actively used Spark. So, here I am again. Still kicking. Still unwilling to give up on Me. Time to go Live in Onederland, not just visit. FROM First couple times writing page: In April of 2005 I weighed in at about 295 (probably higher, but I stopped checking when I was afraid I was going to see 300 (AGAIN!) We moved to a new house, which I love, and I found myself being a little more active, going out into the yard & garden, not just sitting around inside. BUT, I also got out of breath SO easily! I went for a walk down the road I regularly run on now & could not go 1/4 mile! Then, to Top it all off, in June, I tried to get on a ride at an amusement park & did not fit! I thought I could, you know how you check visually before even trying? But nope! Something snapped as I had to walk all the way around the ride to exit, feeling like all the people were staring at me, while I held up their good time. I held my head high, fighting tears, refusing (I told myself) to let them know how embarrassed I was. I had Watched Biggest Loser on TV the Season before. On Sept 13th when the 2nd Season first show aired, I watched ,and was surprised to hear of their new web site. I joined the Next day, Sept 14th I weighed 282 pounds (I HAD been trying to eat less & walk more during July & Aug) That was the start of SO MANY WONDERFUL FRIENDSHIPS!!! When I was told by one of these awesome friends about SPARK PEOPLE, I checked them out. Let me tell you! SPARK had so much more to offer and was FREE!!! I moved to Spark (And now use what I used to pay to BL for a Curves membership) EVEN BETTER, My BESTEST FRIENDS joined me on Spark also. I have been married for 29 years to Wonderful, understanding man. I have 3 Awesome Sons (all grown up) & a Fantastic Daughter, who is my best CheerLeader! I have 6 grand kids. I have been SO HAPPY with the extra energy that I am now able to spend on them!! PLAYING without getting tired!! Trick Or Treating and THEY were the ones tuckered out from walking, NOT me! It is WONDERFUL! 2009 was a very rough year for me. We moved to TN, far away from the kids. I had a hard time adjusting & gained back a lot of weight. HOWEVER, TN is GORGEOUS & there is so much to do. I am out of my funk & started a 1/2 marathon training program on 01/04/10 I am ready to return to Onederland in 2010 I DARE ALL OF YOU to NOT WASTE ANY MORE of YOUR TIME Either!! **ACCOMPLISHED FIRST MAJOR GOAL** 09/17/2006 The Lewis & Clark 1/2 Marathon,in MO I would NEVER have thought I would be doing this a year ago!! AND, even better, I beat the 3:30 time I had set as a goal for myself. chip Time 3:25:54 WoooHooo!!! Placed 150 of 177 for my age group 2nd HUGE Goal CHICAGO MARATHON Oct 2007 I was diverted a little after the 14 Mile Marker. I was feeling pretty good & know I would have finished, but with a very slow time, 6:30 to 7:00 I want to try for 5:30 this coming year But HEY! I showed up & I would have finished, I have NO doubt! 2008 Another DNF in the Chicago Marathon (HUGE blog entry lol). Will not attempt again unless I can do a consistent 12:30 to 13:00 minute mile for 10 to 12 miles. Also, will do a Lewis & Clark Marathon first, as it gives 8 hours to finish & will prove I can do the miles. 2009 Passed Physical Agility Test for MO Dept of Corrections I did get to work there for 5 months, until my husband's company moved us to TN 2010 Who knows, it could be ANYTHInG! 2012 Nashville 1/2 Marathon Get out & LIVE, cuz you only get a certain amount of time....What are YOU going to do with it???

    Hi, welcome to the Sweet Tooth Challenge.
    WIO is Wii Walk It Out. It is a different game.
    But you can play it on the Wii Board.
    It is a virtual island that you build.
    How many buildings etc. you build depends on your steps.
    You can go as fast or slow as you wish.
