Introduction Text A friend sent this site for my daughter and I thought I would try it. I have been heavy my whole life. I need to lose weight to get HEALTHY for me and my daughters and husband.

I'd like to lose one of the people clinging to my body. Yes, I weigh enough to be two people. I realize it doesn't come off as fast as it came on. But, I have to do something, besides thinking and saying I have to do something.

I am going to try and eat more healthy and dring plenty of H2O and more vegetables and fruits and stay away from breads.

I am heavy....VERY heavy, so I love to eat. I love to cook, garden and spend time with my family either just sitting on the porch looking at what God made on this earth or walking down at the beach....Ocean City, MD or Bald head Island is a place I could escape to right now.
