I'll Never Try To Fit In,
I Was Born To Stand Out!

Hi, my name is sonora, but my friends call me snow, i used too be preatty thin, and very active, but i got a severe illness and lost the ability to do most daily things people take for granted, and gained about 200 pounds. i had a couple surgeries to fix my illness, and then i was able to be active again, and lost 100 pounds, but, in fall of 08', had complications and gained about 40 back. but i am now goin to the gym 6 days a week and have cut my calories alot, so im on my way! What makes it hard is that im a recovering addict and i am on the methadone maintenence program (i've been clean for 7 years) and when you're used to strong drugs you dont get that 'natural high' from working out that helps u kick ass during your workout :( so i drink energy drinks and protien shakes to help me get through my work out but it is so hard! but i'm stickin in there! I just cant wait till im off of methadone and my body is fully detoxed so i can get that rush of endorphins i used to get when i was younger while working out. alot of people look down on people who have used drugs before, but I am a very open person and I am a great friend, so I figure- those who wont like me because of my past- thats there loss! It's the future now and it's time to move on!

I have now lost the wieght i gained back (42 Lbs. to be exact), and i feel great, so now i just need to loose 104 more pounds and i can do that within the next year if i stay on the same track ive been on, and if i hit a plauto, ill just switch up my exersizes and lower my calorie intake again. I am fitting into clothes i haven;t worn for over six months! I feel so good!!!

My Goals:
II have lost 43 pounds since febuary this year(it is now Nov. 22nd), I want to loose 105 more before Nov 22nd 2010.

My Program:
I have cut my calorie and fat intake considerably, I am drinking alot more water And I am going to the gym 6 days a week doing at least 60 minutes of Cardio, And 30 minutes of strenghth training at least 3 days a week, and I have a personal trainer 3 days a week. On my day off i do a little exersize at home,and try to go 4 a walk, So, Im reallllly Tired! but i feel good.

I live in Lynnwood, WA right now, but I was Born in Seattle, and spent most of my life there. I Have a wonderfull 5 year old son.
